Favorite Fruit Salad

This is the recipe for my favorite fruit salad. Not suitable for those on diet I guess,  since it contain condensed milk & cheddar cheese. ;)


Ingredients:
- 1 bottle of yogurt (preferably mocca flavored) 
- 1/2 or 1 can of condensed milk
- 2 tbs of mayonnaise
- 1 box of cheddar cheese, shredded or diced into little cubes
- 1 small can of mix fruit (drain the syrup)
- 1 can of longans (drain the syrup) or use fresh longans if you have the time to peel them
- 1 small bag of nata de coco (drain the syrup)
- 2 green apple (manalagi or granny smith)
- Others fruit of your liking, I often use variety of berries or kiwis

How:
First, mix yogurt, condensed milk, & mayonnaise in a bowl. Prepare all fruits & nata de coco in a separate bowl. Mix the sauce & cheese intothe bowl of fruits. Keep the fruit salad in the fridge before being served. Enjoy. :)
